Terms and Conditions
• Wine club member must be 21 years of age.
• Wine club members must join a Valley Gate Vineyards wine club for a minimum of two (2) shipments
• By signing up for a Valley Gate Vineyards wine club, you are authorizing Valley Gate Vineyards to charge your credit card in accordance with the club membership option for which you have signed.
• If is the wine club member’s responsibility to notify Valley Gate Vineyards of any changes to your membership status prior to the billing date outlined in the pre-shipment notification. Valley Gate Vineyards will not be responsible for any misdirected wines as a result.
• If your shipment is returned to Valley Gate Vineyards as undeliverable, additional shipping charges will apply for returned, re-shipped and re-directed shipments.
• Please note that an adult signature (21 years of age or older) is required by law for all deliveries of wine. For this reason we recommend shipping to a business address. I f an adult is not available for signature of acceptance of a wine delivery, please be aware that we are not responsible for undeliverable shipments of wine and you will incur shipping charges for the return of wine and reshipment.
• We cannot ship to a US Postal Service Box.
• There are legal restrictions on shipping wines to certain states. Please complete your order and if your state has restrictions that may affect our ability to ship wine to you, one of Valley Gate Vineyards customer service representatives will contact you about shipping options.
• In some cases we are unable to ship your order due to extreme weather conditions. In this case will make every attempt to contact you within two business days to discuss your options.
